One Year Ago Project

I think I left you stranded in Brazil and never finished the last half of our great South American adventure!  Let's see if I can show you a few more amazing things.

We left Brasilia and flew south across the country to the far south where the borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet - to one of the most beautiful natural places in the world, Iguassu Falls.

It was a sunny day and I had a window seat so the view fascinated me.

It was cool as the plane began its descent and the fields came up to meet us.

We stayed at a beautiful resort - truly the most posh of our hotels on the whole trip.  The pool area was shaded by tall palms and had a lovely pool that we used a few times.

There was a seperate pool area for kids adjacent  to the main pool - but we never once saw any children using it!  Several times we thought of Meadow and Helayna playing in here.

And it was just gorgeous at night!!

Our next stop will be the waterfall area (think better even than Niagara Falls!).
